[JENKINS-75627] java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException during TestComplete execution after migration to WebSockets

I tried to upgrade our usage of Jenkins Windows Agents to use websockets, unfortunately after update there appeared many strange issues. 
Most issues show channel exception during TestComplete testing step.

I'm sending logs from both Jenkins pipeline and agent
