  2. feat: consolidate ralph scripts with multi-agent support 

    - Consolidate ralph.sh and ralph_gemini.sh into ralph.sh
- Add support for amp, gemini, copilot, and codex agents
- Create consolidated ralph.ps1 for Windows support
- Remove redundant ralph_gemini.sh and ralph_gemini.ps1
