about ur winhance power profile
i dont think all cpu need the option core parking
like my 5600x cpu it dont need core parking to increase its performance
so i suggest remove the option to core park
coz not all cpu will benefit from this option

Current behavior

CPU Core Parking Minimum is set to 0%

Proposed behavior

CPU Core Parking Minimum is set to 100%

or making an individual option for core parking to set it on/off

Benefit

core parking aren't good for all cpu
