Create reg backups according to the type of install

Current behavior

Winhance drops the same reg backups in c:\ProgramData\Winhance\Backups and c:\Users\All Users\Winhance\Backups even when installing "only for me" option.

Proposed behavior

Put reg backup where it belongs depending on the install option selected: Install for all users or Install for me only

Benefit

Avoid file duplication

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm going to be reworking the Winhance Backup feature and I won't be using these registry backups anymore.
