Is it possible to send metrics to prometheus?

Project looks like very promising, but we intend to collect metrics to Prometheus, using, for example https://github.com/weaveworks/promjs/ Is there a way to accomplish that?

We know that we eventually want Prometheus integration, but we haven't seen that big of a demand for it, so it's pretty far back on our roadmap. This could change though, if the community would like to contribute/consume the package.

That said, you can still hook things up manually for now.

Assuming that you're using the 2.x version of the library, I'd imagine you'd do something along the lines of the following:

That last comment is something that depends on #59. Once we have an API in place for that, you won't see any duplicates.
