Auto approve sed -i within workspace

For example:

```sh
sed -i '' 's/JToken? Event/JsonElement? Event/' Client.cs
```

This will edit Client.cs, which if the cwd is determines to be within the workspace is safe when the default `"chat.tools.terminal.blockDetectedFileWrites": "outsideWorkspace"` is used.
