Ctrl-D no longer exits

Since I installed the latest Alpha, Crtl-D no longer exits the console. None of the alt keys work either. It always worked before. I'm downgrading until this is fixed.

This repo has been abandoned for about 6 years. The Alpha was unfinished when Martin disappeared from the world.

Also:

• Whether Ctrl-D exits is controlled by the clink set cmd.ctrld_exits setting.
• I don't know what "none of the alt keys work" could be, but they work just fine in the current versions of Clink at the repo above.

If you choose to use the current versions of Clink, I would encourage reading the Getting Started section because there is a lot of new stuff, and a lot more/better documentation than before.
