A customer has reported that while running Micronaut and Reactor with the agent, they have seen a significant increase in heap memory usage. While looking into the issue, we've noticed an extremely high volume of Token Timeouts. Disabling the FluxMapFuseable Instrumentation reduced the reactor related timeouts but a substantial number of timeouts tied to Micronaut instrumentation remained.
Acceptance Criteria
Reproduce and investigate the high token timeout behavior. Provide recommendations for refactors to mitigate the issue. If possible, generate a custom jar and provide it to the impacted customer for testing.
