My trial period has ended and I didn't notice that, my initial plan was just to experience. after the trial time ended, I was automatically charged for an annual subscription even though I did not choose an annual or monthly plan before. I would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the charge. Could you please assist me with this process? Thank you for your help. |

I canceled last month but I see on my email that your still trying to get money out of my bank account cell 639-571-4160 if u need to call and apologize for the inconvenience |

I don't know why I have received your email, this must be some
opensoource protocol, I had the same problem, I couldn't find a way to
cancel my subscription, by the time I had to deal with it again, they had
charged me, I ended up canceling it from paypal end...

This is basically a scam, so many people unable to cancel at ease. What checks and balances exists for these organisations, I wonder. I am facing the same issues. |

This is a shame for a tech company .. obviously trying to keep people in a contract they don't need by hiding a termination button. Where is the Cancelation button? |

Hi There, I have also had the same issue, raised ticket. They have shared one document for cancelling subscription if you want. I've canceled my subscription the day it tried to charge me $100 and it keeps trying to charge again and again, but I stoped using it for several months. Can we make it stop trying? |

I had tried to cancel apparently unsuccessfully. However since the credit card on file had expired already, I was not concerned about it. But somehow they were able to bill me again. I am unclear how that happened. I am probably just going to dispute with my credit card. |
