tsimp silently fails if tsconfig.json is not found

When trying to run tsimp on a bare bone Node.js project, I found that running produced no output whatsoever, it just exited without any output.

When I examined .tsimp/daemon/log, I found:

TSIMP error 27787: could not find config file named "tsconfig.json", searching from "/Users/wmaj/(…)"

I feel like in this case this error should have been printed out to the console.

maybe this is not the right place but I will add from myself: tsimp without any logs crashes in a number of cases

for example, if you change the version of node.js via NVM and try to run the script
