Proposal: Integrate Opam CI Lint Functionality from opam-ci-check into dune-release #493
Description
Recently, the opam-repository maintainers have been ocaml/opam-repository#26959 incorporating the lint checks run as part of the opam-repository CI into the package publication tools. Running these lints locally before submitting pull requests to the opam-repository will smooth the workflow for package authors, because it will ensure all lint failures are caught before opening PRs on the opam repo to publish the package. This will also reduce the workload of the repository maintainers as well as the infrastructure.
The proposal here is essentially the same as that articulated in ocaml-opam/opam-publish#165
@punchagan has already have scoped out the integration here, and we anticipate it being about as simple as the addition for opam-publish.
