VideoPlaybackQuality is moving to Media Playback Quality spec #253

Media Playback Quality is going to FPWD soon (in Media WG). Currently, discussion (on Media WG teleconference call today - minutes) is about potentially putting that spec merged into HTML spec. Once that happens, it longer needs inclusion in the MSE spec. Perhaps a brief non-normative note for folks searching for this originally-in-MSE-v1-FPWD VideoPlaybackQuality feature about where to track its spec should remain in MSE v2 spec. There needs to be some update to the existing REC non-normative reference to VPQ at least.
