Idea: Add Object and List types to .create_table type maps

I'm not too well-versed in python, so my apologies for not being able to submit a pull request. Also, I'm not sure if this is feasible with MySQL, but I feel that these additions could be useful, especially lists.

This way, it might be possible to add to the list (dict value) instead of repeatedly appending rows.

It sounds like you would like to .append a list of rows instead of appending for individual row separately, right? If so, that should already be possible since .append will accept a dict (single row) or a list of dicts (multiple rows). Does that help?

For your title/idea, adding new Python-to-database type conversions is easy enough, but I'm not quite sure what you mean by adding "Object" and "List" types. Could you provide an example?
