Buying a home is exciting. Waiting for the bank to approve your loan? Not so much While you're busy imagining where the sofa will go, the bank has a lot of work to do. Checking documents, verifying financial information, comparing records and making sure everything adds up. It's an important process, but much of it involves repetitive manual work that takes time. David Kerman explains how we used AI to help make property loan assessments faster and more accurate, reducing the administrative work involved. Employees now spend less time going through documents and more time handling complex cases and helping customers. And for the person waiting to hear whether they can buy their dream home? A faster answer makes a big difference.

We recently launched an Internal AI Academy. Every good academy needs someone who makes hard things feel simple. For us, that person is Lucija Petricioli. Lucija is leading the first module in our AI Academy -  Introduction to Artifical Intelligence. The first step was clearing up the most common misunderstanding: AI is not just ChatGPT. AI is also: -  computer vision spotting a defect on a production line -  data science predicting drug shortages -  automation handling a loan application end to end GenAI is one part of a much bigger picture, and Lucija walked everyone through that picture without slides that needed a PhD to follow.

Most software either works, or it doesn't. Payments aren't that simple. A payment isn't one thing, it's a chain.
