The role is best suited for someone with a background in social-emotional learning, primary education, early childhood education, child psychology, counselling, special education, art-based learning, or child development. The facilitator will guide children through a play-based emotional exploration experience, using simple prompts, observation, and gentle conversation. The focus is not on teaching or giving fixed answers, but on helping children recognise, express, and explore emotions through activities, stories, colours, textures, and creative play. 1.
