1. Develop, review, and maintain maritime, operational, and company manuals in compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements.
2. Establish and manage the company's document management system, including document approval, revision control, and record maintenance.
3. Audit and review documentation maintained by various departments to ensure compliance, accuracy, and standardization.
4. Prepare, review, and standardize audit checklists, reports, and operational documentation.
5. Implement, maintain, and monitor ISO Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and compliance.
6. Monitor, track, and facilitate the closure of non-conformities, observations, and corrective actions.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to HSEQ procedures and standards.
8. Assist in developing and conducting HSEQ-related training and awareness programs.
9. Support Maritime Policy & Research (MPR) and Contracts & Risk Management (CRM) department functions, as applicable.
10. Assist in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across all group companies.
11. Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal agreements.
12. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support governance and compliance activities.
13. Support business strategy, partnerships, and expansion initiatives through research, coordination, and strategic planning.
