This is a 1-year training program where selected candidates work in Bank of Baroda branches, learn banking operations, and receive a monthly stipend.

1. Conduct surveys with targeted participants through in-person interactions. 2. Collect accurate and complete responses from participants according to the survey guidelines. 3. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include: 1. Shoot short-form videos (Reels) at showroom, sites, and product setups. 2. Edit high-quality reels with proper cuts, transitions, music, and basic color correction. 3. Understand content requirements and convert them into engaging visual stories. 4. Stay updated with current Instagram trends and apply them where relevant. 5. Ensure all content maintains a clean, premium, and detail-oriented presentation.

1. Learn and work with Newsportal CMS and Epaper CMS platforms. 2. Assist clients in content publishing, website management, and CMS configuration. 3. Understand and help resolve basic technical issues faced by clients. 4. Learn and work on HTML, CSS, SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. 5. Develop a basic understanding of Domain Management, DNS, Hosting, and Website Operations. 6. Create and maintain FAQs, User Guides, and Support Documentation. 7. Review websites for quality, SEO compliance, and technical configurations. 8. Collaborate with senior team members in customer support, onboarding, and training activities. 9. Test new CMS features and modules and report findings. 10. Complete assigned training exercises, practical tasks, and learning projects during the internship. 11.
