1. Write tight, sharp scripts - hooks that kill the scroll in 2 seconds, story beats that hold, and real dialogues that sound like actual people, not content creators doing content.
C. Shoot planning:
1. Lock the location, props, contestants, and visual setup before shoot day. When we show up, everything is decided - no last-minute chaos, no improvising on the fly.
D. Shoot day execution
Manage contestants, set call times, and manage the shoot from first frame to final wrap.
E. Frame sense & gear:
1. Think in short-form frames, know your angles, your mic, your light, and suggest the right gear for the right shot - budget-smart, quality-first, always.
F. Channel launch blueprint:
1. Plan the entire YouTube & Instagram launch from scratch - channel identity, content drop sequence, first 30/60/90 day growth roadmap. Before the first video goes live, you've already mapped what goes where, when, and why.
G. Pre-launch buzz & hype
1. Create the curiosity that makes people follow before there's even a single upload. The channel drops in Q3 2026, but the noise starts way before.
H. Content calendar & publishing rhythm:
1. Decide the content rhythm and the "why" behind every upload slot. Not just a shoot calendar, a full publishing calendar. What drops on YouTube Shorts, what hits Instagram Reels, what becomes a story — the entire week, planned.
I. Growth strategy & audience building:
1. Build the audience - comment strategy, DM outreach, engaging with niche pages, community seeding, collaborations. You chase real engagement, not vanity metrics - and you know the difference.
J. Brand voice & community management:

Note:
1. Hybrid: 3 days at our Connaught Place office, 3 days from home & 1 weekly roster based on.
2. Flexible working hours: No 9-to-5 rigidity, we need commitment & you show up ready.
3. Work from home days: Start with a video check-in, share your day plan, stay reachable - flexibility is earned through accountability.
4. Shoot days: Shoot days fall on Saturdays or Sundays as needed - flexible weekday off in lieu.
5. On-site presence required: This role requires regular on-site work at our Connaught Place, Delhi office. Applicants must be able to commute reliably.
