1. Work directly with the head of B2C apps to build the streamlining suite of applications. 2. Create business process workflows and user stories for the applications. 3. Configure the applications on our no-code platform. 4. Collaborate with the development team to define feature requirements for the platform. 5. Conduct secondary market research for competitive analysis. 6. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop marketing collateral. 7. Industrial account mapping: Map out assigned industrial clusters to identify and create a database of active manufacturing plants (food, beverage, pharma, and chemical) that operate quality control (QC) laboratories. 2. Key decision-maker identification: Engage professionally with corporate gatekeepers and plant security to identify the exact names, designations, and contact details of procurement heads, plant managers, and QC lab in-charges. 3. Corporate vendor onboarding: Initiate our formal vendor registration process by physically visiting plants and presenting our company’s technical product dossier, credentials, and client portfolio. 4. Requirement scouting: Interact with lab personnel to understand their current laboratory equipment health, upcoming calibration cycles, or replacement/expansion requirements. 5. Meeting coordination: Secure and coordinate face-to-face or virtual introductory meetings between interested Plant/QC Heads and our management team. 6. Daily reporting: Maintain accurate, daily records of plants visited, registration statuses, and key contact details, providing daily progress updates to the reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing a hardware prototype for IoT nodes using ESP32, STM32, and NRF (the nodes will be enabled with LTE and will also have an array of sensors attached to them) 2. Work on wired and wireless protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, Bluetooth, WiFi, HTTP, MQTT, BLE, ESPNOW, etc. 3. Design, develop, and maintain firmware for our IoT device 4. Work on developing firmware using platforms such as PlatformIO and Arduino IDE 5. Work closely with the hardware team to ensure seamless integration of the firmware with the hardware components 6. Work closely with the software team to ensure device management, OTA, and dashboard-like services 7. Test and validate the firmware to ensure functionality and performance 8. Work on preparing documentation for firmware 9. Work on writing firmware that is apparent with proper indentation and comments 10. Work on deploying the said IoT in the field and testing them (this would require the candidate to assemble & deploy such nodes and validate the prototypes) 11. Experience with PCB design tools like Easy EDA, KiCad, and Allium.
