We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Fundraising, Grants & Strategic Growth Intern. The selected intern will work closely with the leadership team on fundraising initiatives, investor outreach, grant research, partnership development, and strategic business growth opportunities.
This role offers hands-on exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, grant writing, business strategy, stakeholder management, and growth planning.
1. Identify and research relevant investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, incubators, accelerators, and grant opportunities.
2. Build, maintain, and update investor databases and outreach pipelines.
3. Assist in investor communication, outreach campaigns, and follow-up activities.
4. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with potential investors and stakeholders.
5. Support the creation and refinement of pitch decks, investment memorandums, and fundraising materials.
6. Conduct competitor analysis, market validation research, and industry benchmarking to strengthen fundraising narratives.
7. Assist in collecting financial, operational, and business data required for investor discussions.
8. Research grant opportunities, CSR funding programs, foundations, and development-sector funding initiatives.
9. Support the preparation of grant applications, concept notes, proposals, donor reports, and funding documentation.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to gather impact data, beneficiary stories, field photographs, and supporting materials.
11. Maintain grant application trackers, reporting schedules, compliance records, and submission deadlines.
12. Assist in developing CSR partnership proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
13. Document project outcomes, impact metrics, success stories, and case studies.
14. Support the preparation of donor reports, impact summaries, and organizational profiles.
15. Research funding trends across startup, CSR, agriculture, rural development, climate-tech, and social impact sectors.
16. Analyze competitors, business models, market opportunities, and investment landscapes.
17. Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
18. Track government schemes, accelerator programs, incubation opportunities, and grant announcements.
19. Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
20. Explore corporate, government, institutional, and ecosystem partnerships aligned with organizational goals.
21. Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with potential partners and stakeholders.
22. Create professional presentations, business proposals, reports, and communication materials.
23. Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
24. Support leadership teams in preparing for investor meetings, events, fundraising discussions, and pitch sessions.
