Are you the person who quietly keeps everything running? This is the dependable backbone of our office - you make sure the space is clean, the Wi-Fi works, supplies are stocked, vendors deliver, couriers go out, and everything is in place so the team can simply sit down and do their work. It's half-and-half: small tasks (like a stationery run) you do yourself, and bigger jobs you get done through the right people - so it's a situational, judgment-based role.

The Art Therapy is a Made-in-India D2C brand. We design and ship therapeutic painting kits - paint-by-numbers and DIY kits - that help people slow down, focus, and create something with their own hands. Every kit is made to feel calming, sensory, and quietly satisfying: the antidote to a noisy world. We sell on our own website, on Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit, and we tell our story through calm, mindful content on Instagram. We are a small, lean, fast-moving team - no agencies, no layers, real ownership from day one.
1. Small tasks you do yourself - ordering or buying stationery, quick supply runs, minor pick-ups and on-the-spot fixes.
2. Bigger jobs you get done through the right people - cleaning, repairs, electrician, plumber, internet provider: direct them, follow up, and confirm the job is done (you are not the one cleaning or repairing).
3. Make sure the office is clean and everything is in place so interns and employees can simply sit down and work - Wi-Fi, electricity, AC, lights, desks, chairs, and equipment all working.
4. Keep the office stocked - water, pantry, stationery, cleaning supplies, printer paper - restock before things run out.
5. Handle vendor coordination - call vendors, get quotes, place orders, confirm dates, and follow up (politely persistent) until it lands.
6. Run couriers, dispatch, and errands - post office, courier pickups/drops, bank, and supply runs (your 2-wheeler or Ola/Uber).
7. Log daily team attendance and help with office setup, moving boxes, and shoot/event logistics.
8. Maintain a simple ops log and a petty-cash/expense note (with bills); escalate spends and decisions to the founder's office.
