We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented campaign operations intern to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital communication campaigns across platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, and CRM systems.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing technology, campaign management, customer engagement strategies, data handling, and performance analytics.
1. Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
2. Configure campaign data, audience segments, templates, and targeting parameters prior to campaign deployment.
3. Monitor campaign delivery and performance to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
4. Prepare, validate, and organize lead databases before campaign launches.
5. Maintain database hygiene by identifying and removing duplicate, incomplete, or invalid records.
6. Segment customer and lead databases based on campaign objectives, geography, lead source, and business requirements.
7. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
8. Track key metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, engagement, responses, and conversions.
9. Update dashboards and share campaign insights and performance summaries with stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with internal teams, sales departments, and external platform support partners to ensure efficient campaign operations.
11. Assist in troubleshooting campaign-related issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
12. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to campaign execution timelines.
