EatNack is a growing food brand working across ready-to-eat Indian meals, ready-to-cook institutional food solutions, and premium roasted nuts under brands like EatNack, QuickNack, and NutNack. Our products are built for retail, quick commerce, corporate cafeterias, hotels, hospitals, institutions, and online channels.
We are looking for a proactive and creative intern who can support both digital marketing and offline marketing activities. The intern will assist in social media coordination, content ideas, market visits, sampling activities, exhibitions, vendor follow-ups, brochure support and basic marketing execution. This role is suitable for someone who wants practical exposure in FMCG, food products, branding, retail marketing, digital marketing, and on-ground activations.
A. Digital Marketing Support
1. Assist in planning and coordinating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
2. Support in creating content ideas for posts, reels, stories, product launches, festive campaigns and brand communication.
3. Research food trends, competitor pages, viral content formats, influencer ideas and consumer behavior.
4. Help in writing basic captions, WhatsApp messages, campaign lines and product communication.
5. Coordinate with designers, content creators and internal team members for timely creative execution.
6. Track post performance, engagement, reach, comments, and basic campaign results.
B. Offline Marketing Support
1. Support retail visits, store checks, product placement tracking and competitor research.
2. Assist in sampling activities at stores, offices, events, exhibitions and corporate locations.
3. Collect customer feedback on taste, packaging, pricing, product understanding and buying interest.
4. Help in maintaining store visit reports, sampling reports, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers.
5. Support offline brand activations, pop-ups, food festivals, corporate sampling, and product demos.
C. Exhibition and Event Support
1. Travel with the team whenever required for exhibitions, trade shows, food festivals, pop-ups, and marketing activations.
2. Assist in booth setup, product display, sample arrangement, brochure placement, visitor interaction, and lead collection.
3. Ensure that samples, banners, catalogues, QR codes, visiting cards, and display material are properly arranged during events.
4. Support the team in explaining products to visitors and collecting event feedback.
D. Vendor and Team Coordination
1. Coordinate regularly with vendors, printers, designers, packaging suppliers, photographers, videographers, and event vendors.
2. Take updates, follow up on pending work, collect quotations, and update the team about timelines or delays.
3. Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, design team and operations team for daily execution.
4. Maintain proper communication and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
E. Creative and Brochure Support
1. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, social media content, exhibitions and offline activations.
2. Assist in preparing brochures, catalogues, flyers, product cards, presentations and marketing material.
3. Help with content arrangement, product details, image selection, proofreading and coordination with designers.
4. Create simple Canva based creatives or basic presentation layouts wherever required.
5. Maintain organized folders of product photos, videos, logos, brochures, catalogues and final creatives.
