We are seeking a highly driven talent operations lead intern to join our rapidly growing AI-powered talent intelligence startup. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the entire staffing lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements, candidate pipelines, sourcing activities, submissions, and delivery workflows move efficiently and predictably through the system. What makes this role unique is that you will actively leverage our AI-native talent intelligence platform, AI-Powered talent cloud, deeptech vetting engine, ATS, client portal, and unified dashboards to execute staffing operations with speed, precision, transparency, and data-backed decision-making.
This is a high-impact execution role where you will operate at the intersection of talent acquisition, delivery management, client operations, process optimization, and platform-driven workflow orchestration.
1. Requirement intake & workflow management – Coordinate and manage incoming client requirements, ensuring accurate capture, prioritization, assignment, and tracking across the staffing lifecycle
2. Talent pipeline operations – Build, organize, and maintain structured candidate pipelines across technologies, skill sets, geographies, experience levels, and deployment readiness categories
3. AI-powered candidate shortlisting – Leverage the AI-Powered Talent Cloud and DeepTech Vetting Engine to identify, evaluate, validate, and shortlist highly relevant candidates for active requirements
4. ATS & platform administration – Maintain candidate records, application statuses, workflow stages, notes, submissions, and engagement activities within the ATS and related platforms
5. Submission & delivery coordination – Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery execution
6. Talent intelligence & data quality management – Ensure candidate profiles, skills data, project information, assessments, and delivery-readiness indicators remain accurate, complete, and up to date
6. Client portal & requirement tracking – Monitor client requirements, submission progress, interview pipelines, and hiring activities through the Client Portal while ensuring operational accuracy
7. Dashboard-driven execution & reporting – Track key metrics including sourcing productivity, submission volumes, interview ratios, conversion rates, pipeline health, and fulfillment performance using Unified Dashboards
8. Process optimization & automation – Continuously identify operational bottlenecks and leverage AI tools, workflows, templates, and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability
9. Cross-functional coordination – Work closely with sourcing teams, recruiters, account managers, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and successful delivery outcomes
10. Talent cloud growth initiatives – Support activities related to talent onboarding, profile enrichment, candidate engagement, assessment workflows, and expansion of the deployable talent pool
