The human role has shifted from operator → supervisor. Agents that can actually use computers are about to remove a lot of the work that feels like "work": - Navigating internal tools - Filling out forms - Pulling data across systems - Repetitive UI-driven workflows - And more! Computer-use models integrate perception, reasoning, and action into a single loop, eliminating the need for custom APIs. Read our full take on the current state of computer use and why it matters for engineers building modern systems👇

AI won't take our jobs in 2026 (yet), But Computer Use and Agents that complete REAL work will free up critical time for humans, And allow us to focus on the more creative parts of life. Read the full post linked in comments about the current state of computer use, and how it'll change knowledge work as we know it.

  • I’m trying something new, for the last few years, my schedule has been reactive. Meetings scattered across the week, priorities shifting hour to hour, and a never-ending flow of context switching. This year, I’m testing a new cadence for how I work. The goal is focus, rhythm, and predictable energy. Here’s the structure I’m experimenting with: Monday → Alignment - company sync Tuesday → GTM Wednesday → Product + Engineering Thursday → Ops + People Friday → Reflection + Reset Wrap the loose ends so next week starts clean The intention is simple: One theme per day. No constant context switching. Space to think and build. Customer calls and candidate interviews will still flex as needed, and the structure will evolve as I learn. It’s a working experiment. The hypothesis: A consistent cadence creates clarity, focus, and momentum. The cadence provides alignment, shared momentum, and predictable structure. Teams move faster when everyone understands the rhythm.

  • November 2024 was one of the lowest points in our company’s journey. My investor update literally started with: “Every Monday felt like getting punched in the face. Living the dream.” And that is when we decided to to define our company culture. I believe it's pointless to define company culture until your team is at least ten people. Doing it before then results in a culture that's unlikely to stick. Hard months expose the real operating system: Who communicates clearly when it’s uncomfortable, takes ownership vs. avoids accountability, rallies, and who checks out That’s culture. So when we finally sat down to write our values, we were documenting the behavior that had kept us together when things were objectively hard. 1. Boldly Dare to Trust “We create a culture of openness where trust empowers us to collaborate, innovate, and take calculated risks together.” 2. Assume Best Intent “We approach each interaction with the belief that our teammates have positive intentions, fostering respect and understanding.” 3. Disagree and Commit “We express our perspectives openly, and once a decision is made, we unite in action to support our team’s goals.” 4. Embrace Your Mistakes “We see mistakes as opportunities to learn, owning them with humility and using them as stepping stones to improve.” 5. Thrive Through Growth “We commit to a growth mindset, viewing challenges as chances to evolve and strengthen ourselves and our team.” 6. Pressure Is a Privilege “We recognize that high expectations are a testament to our potential, and we rise to the occasion, confident in our resilience.” 7. Obsess Over Customers “We begin and end every decision with our customers in mind, staying relentlessly curious about how they work so we can help them win.” Looking back, I’m grateful we defined them when everything felt difficult. And as Scott Belsky says: “The competitive advantage of most startups is simply sticking together long enough to figure it out.” People stay because the mission matters, the environment feels meaningful and the values are real.
