MultiQC
Bioinformatics Software
MultiQC is an open-source tool for aggregating bioinformatic analyses results. It has become a fixture at the end of most biological data pipelines and is now the gold standard in bioinformatics reporting. By generating intuitive HTML reports that centralize key metrics and visualizations, MultiQC makes it easy to monitor data quality across analyses. Built-in support for over 150 tools—and the flexibility to include custom outputs—allows researchers to detect outliers, batch effects, and other issues at a glance, with all samples and workflows presented in a single interactive view. Trusted by thousands of researchers, it enhances collaboration and reproducibility through easily shareable reports and convenient data exports. By turning QC reporting into a streamlined, user-friendly process, MultiQC boosts research productivity and ensures greater confidence in downstream results.

Participating in the Protein Design Competition has been a fantastic highlight of the last few weeks, and we're thrilled that our submission is headed to the lab for experimental validation! Huge thanks to Florian Wünnemann for leading the charge from the Seqera team!
The Protein Design Competition expert selection is live on Proteinbase! We received so many impressive submissions that we doubled the number of handpicked sequences to 400. So in total, 1200 sequences are now on the way to the lab! ➡️ Check out all the protein designs that will go into the lab for testing: https://lnkd.in/e9Y9YMSA Huge thanks to our experts for reviewing thousands of proteins in record time: Martin Pacesa, Brian Naughton, Sergey Ovchinnikov, Brian Hie, Noelia Ferruz, Constance Ferragu, Basile I. Seqera reposted this
🎉 I would like to give a big shout out to everyone who instructed and participated in yesterday's online Meta-*omics #Nextflow Pipeline Community Exhibition Day! 🧑🏫 Over 9 hours, we had 15 different pipelines demo'd by their lead developers, and giving an international cohort of participants hands-on experience on running diverse pipelines spanning #metataxonomics, #metagenomics, #metatranscriptomics, and #metaproteomics, as well as a crash-course on the different ways to configure Nextflow pipelines. 🙏 I want to acknowledge NFDI4Microbiota, de.NBI cloud, Seqera 's Nextflow Ambassador Program, and WorkAdventure for their various infrastructure support of the event 🙇 And finally huge thanks to the instructors who took the time to write presentation and tutorial material and taught/supported each session!
