I have a feeling 2026 will be the last year humans are the majority of your direct audience. Most of what we write in HR and comms won't be read by people anymore—it'll be read by AI. Chatbots answering employee questions. AI summaries explaining your strategy. Personalized audio briefings (like our Staffbase On Air). AI is the new middleman between what you write and what people actually consume. So the question isn't "How do I prompt AI to write better?" It's "How do I write so AI doesn't distort what I mean?" That’s what I shared on stage at the Ragan AI Horizons Conference yesterday. When your message gets summarized, retrieved, and reused by machines, how do you make sure the signal survives? We call it Durable Writing™ It’s about structuring content so the intent, logic, and priorities hold up no matter how an AI "interprets" it. Because when AI is the reader, clarity isn't a nice-to-have. It's how you stay in control. Here are all the details and the Durable Writing prompt (incl. a self-assessment tool): https://lnkd.in/dVPQvjcc

  • Great ideas can come from anywhere, but they flourish when we come together. 🤝✨ Last week marked the return of Staffbase CAMP, our annual flagship event where we set the tone for the year ahead. This year, however, we reinvented the tradition with a new hybrid format: a global virtual session followed by regional kickoffs around the world. From our Product and DACH GTM teams fueling up in Chemnitz to our Venture Market teams taking over London, the energy was unmatched. And the momentum hasn't stopped—right now, our Americas team is hitting the ground running in New York to set the tone for our biggest year yet. 🧡 Swipe through for a behind-the-scenes look at the energy, alignment, and team ready to lead the leap.

Excellence isn't an accident. It’s grit, boldness, and the refusal to settle for "good enough." ⚡️ Last year, we launched Winners Club, our excellence program to honor the trailblazers in our Go-To-Market organization who redefine what’s possible. At Staffbase Camp, our global kickoff event for 2026, we did it again—unveiling the new class of challengers who not only met, but shattered, expectations in 2025. From recognizing the lessons in every challenge to celebrating big wins, these talented individuals went the extra mile, and proved what’s possible when you’re empowered to make a difference. The prize? A once-in-a-lifetime Staffbase adventure to the volcanic island of Sicily! 🏆 Congratulations to our Winners Club class of 2025! Here’s to Jack, Amelia, Lorne, Colin, Rush, Andrew, Patrick, Jan, Robin, Luke, Leonard, James, Martyna, Stefanie, Krisztina, Max, Robin, Dominic, Christoph, Jennifer, Ryan, Olly, Valentinos, Laura, Karen, Clara, Alex and Simon. Thank you for showing us what it truly means to take ownership!

From "Minijobber" in 10th grade to professional developer. The next generation of engineers at Staffbase. 🧑💻 Meet Elias, apprentice in engineering based in Chemnitz, in this week's #MyOwnStory. Elias joined us in early 2023 before he even finished high school. Fast forward to today: He's not just writing code at Staffbase; he's also running his own company on the side. To Elias, taking ownership isn't just about success. It’s about having the "possibility to fail" and using those lessons to climb the next mountain. Swipe the slides to learn more about his philosophy on growth and to get a glimpse into his life outside of engineering (including a very tough choice between pizza and pasta). On the lookout for a new professional challenge in 2026? We are hiring! Check out our open positions and apply today 👉 https://staffba.se/4k1Zb7q

  • Looking ahead to a bright year for our teams! 👀✨ New year, new moments, and plenty to look forward to — from coming together at Staffbase Camp and VOICES to celebrating milestones, recharging, and growing as one team. Across departments, regions, and time zones, we’re looking forward to moments of focus and collaboration, shared experiences, and celebrations along the way. Some moments will be big, some quieter, but all of them will be shaped by the people who make Staffbase what it is. This is what’s coming up at Staffbase in 2026. And we can’t wait to experience it together. 🧡

What will our work life look like five years from now? 🤔 María Luisa García Pérez, Global Internal Communications General Manager at COSENTINO, has a clear answer to that question: She believes we’re heading toward drastic changes — for every single one of us. 😬 And the driving force behind it? (Surprise, surprise …) ✨AI✨ In the latest episode of You’ve Got Comms, Maria joins host Emma Fischer to talk about what this shift means for people working in internal communications. But they go far beyond AI. They also answer the questions IC pros deal with every day, such as: How do you say no strategically? Or link the campaigns you work on to business objectives? Use measurement to prove impact? Prioritize? Set clear boundaries? … 🤯 This episode is definitely a must-listen. Tune in here: https://staffba.se/4poFEj3
