About Me – Benjamin Traud Campos
I’m a native Spanish speaker from Chile, fluent in English and Spanish. I’ve lived in the U.S. since 5th grade and have a passion for languages and cultural connection. I have been an interpreter for 9 years.

I provide in-person interpretation across the Lowcountry (Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Okatie), with flexibility to travel for time/gas compensation.

In-Person Rates:
Example: Doctors appointment, Court Appearances, Immigration Interviews,  Police Officer meetings, Parents-Teachers conference
• Up to 1 hr: $65
• 2-hr minimum: $90
• +$15 per extra 15 min
• +$0.50/mi travel

Telephonic Rates (Zelle/Venmo/CashApp before call):
Example: you need to give clear directors to a worker, or someone doing work on your house, if you travel abroad and need to go to the doctor, etc
• 5 min: $10
• Up to 30 min: $25
• Up to 1 hr: $45
• +$10 per extra 15 min

Emergency Calls (11PM–5AM):
Examples: traveling abroad, airport, stopped by police
• 10 min: $20

1st Assistance Pro has served clients for nearly 10 years, covering over 38 states across the East Coast and Midwest, including NYC, Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, and Chicago. (CA not covered.)

We specialize in Spanish interpretation and network with over 130 certified and qualified interpreters. Other languages and dialects are available upon request.

Our primary expertise is medical interpretation for Workers’ Compensation, including IMEs, doctor appointments, and physical therapy visits. We also work with interpreters experienced in legal interpretation.

We focus mainly on in-person interpreting, while also offering telephonic interpretation and document translation services.

As a family-run agency, all scheduling is handled in-house to ensure confidentiality and fast response times, including after-hours support. All interpreters are HIPAA-trained, have at least 2 years of experience, and meet high professional standards
