Ed Sabo and his team are top notch.  When you hire Sabo you get to let go of any of typical builder concerns.  He is not going to gouge you, will do it right the first time if at all possible, will tell you if a mistake gets made and the way it will be corrected, and when all is done you will be happy.  It does not get better than that.  Oh.  And I am saying that as both a lawyer and a designer who has worked with Sabo Custom Builders on a custom build of a new home and back house.  I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.  So get your ideas together and get on his list as soon as possible. If you don't make decisions well or quickly, hire a designer.

Ed Sabo did a full home renovation and large addition to our Heights home and we couldn’t be happier. He was communicative, professional, and worked personally with us to create our dream home. He was present every step of the way, from meeting with architects and designers to final touch ups and completions. Ed was at the site everyday and kept us updated with pictures and videos through his app which was extremely easy to access and keep track of the project. His subcontractors were reliable and professional and we got to know them well along the way too. As someone who is very type A, Ed satisfied all of my personal wants and desires for everything to be perfect and timely. We found Ed through word of mouth and have recommended him to many close friends as we are very pleased with our home!

From design to delivery, we were partners in the process. We had not built a home before, and Ed patiently escorted us through each step.
