The application looks good and works well.Update: For some reason the app lost my block lists and disabled itself. Connection blocking was turned off (and no exclamation icon in the menu bar). I just discovered it wasn't working because I just opened the app. I think the last time I opened it was when I installed Tahoe Dev Beta 8 to make sure it was still working, which it was. Sometime since then it wiped my blocked lists and became disabled.

Little Snitch is among the best, or **the best**, firewall for your system. I’ve been using the Mac version for a while. Does twenty years sound like a long time?A slick GUI showing data throughput information in a few simple ways, with more features: 1) Internet connection requests to other computers, 2) traditional two-dimensional ‘X’ and ‘Y’ graphs showing data throughput, 3) guesstimates of location information overlayed on interactive maps, 4) ability to STOP or allow a connection quickly. I just recently decided to try this version out for a month. Sorry for the immediate ding (Apple bug?), but the view of the map doesn’t show all the points. Many of the places being connected to are outside the view. :-( And a click on the ‘-‘ button doesn’t zoom out so we can see everything.Little Snitch helps *you* understand your network traffic, it’s *not* trying to snitch against you.

I previously left a two star review and support promptly reached out to me and addressed my concerns. I am updating to Five stars for customer service. The app works great and is intuitive. It really gives insight in what some apps are doing in the background. I found one app that contained at least 10 different trackers that reported telemetry to various ad and analytic companies. Iw as able to block those and retain the base functionality of that app. For anyone that is privacy and security conscious and needs a graphical representation rather then looking through text logs, this is great!

Dear user, thank you for your feedback. Have you tried removing the connection entries by selecting and deleting them (in the context menu (right-click): “Delete from Connection List” (keyboard shortcut: Command-Backspace)? This will make them disappear forever.

I've used little snitch mini since it came out. I was previously a user of the full version and other OSS alternatives. I think it's perfect for basic connection monitoring and blocking; it's a high quality app and does the job without much fuss. There were minor bugs when it came out, but those were resolved pretty quickly for me. So long as it keeps running smoothly and gets regular updates I think the subscription is fair.

There were minor bugs when it came out, but those were resolved pretty quickly for me. So long as it keeps running smoothly and gets regular updates I think the subscription is fair.

- Localization in 11 additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. - A new “First Contact” view (accessible from the time filter menu in the search field) shows connections that occurred for the very first time, allowing you to review, confirm, or possibly block them. - Updated Geolocation database for showing server locations on the map. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AND BUG FIXES - Improved reading Internet Access Policy of third-party apps. - The app windows sometimes didn’t come to front upon request via status menu or keyboard shortcut. - Fixed an incorrect error message claiming that the Internet Access Policy file of some system process was corrupted.
