I suggest using the truncated message text for verifying that we got all messages. In the latest commit I added a waitFor on line 44 for this.
Don't really see another option...

We could also fix the "info" icons (displayed in the message "X messages have been truncated to conserve memory", it's just partially visible, see the attached screeenshot below
