Not fantastic. The informations are not given real-time: hence account balance remains unchanged for days after making payments with the bank card. I have debit and credit cards in 4 non-french banks and they operate real-time. No experience of other French banks and their apps.

Login issues since a few updates back. App loops forever on the loading screen after authentication. EDIT: I've already sent an email to this address 6 days ago, as you suggest in your reply. No answer so far. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

Bonjour! It's not fair that you, as a great bank in France you don't have an English version of your application. It's so annoying for your non-french customers. Please correct it. merci !
