[Bug Report][2.6.6] V-Tabs doesn't scroll Into view when inside V-dialog and V-dialog width was changed

Vuetify Version: 2.6.6
Vue Version: 2.6.14
Browsers: Chrome 102.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1. Press "FOUR" tab
2. Press "Resize" button

Expected Behavior

Active tab into view

Actual Behavior

Active tab hidden

Things like this.$refs.tabs.callSlider() didn't help
