Parser no longer warns on some duplicated keys
Description
Previously, the parser would warn on all duplicated keys. Now some cases are not handled:
{ 100.0 => 1, 1e2 => 1 }
{ 100.0 => 1, 1E2 => 1 }
{ 100.0 => 1, 100.00 => 1 }
{ 100.0r => 1, 100.00r => 1 }
{ 100.0i => 1, 100.00i => 1 }

In addition, it appears that integers with different bases are not handled:
{ 0xA => 1, 10 => 1 }
{ 0b1 => 1, 1 => 1 }
{ 0o1 => 1, 1 => 1 }
