These include idioms (kick the bucket), noun compounds (cable car), phrasal verbs (take off, give up), etc. Even though it focuses on multiword expresisons, the framework is quite complete and can also be useful in any corpus-based study in computational linguistics. The mwetoolkit can be applied to virtually any text collection, language, and MWE type. It is a command-line tool written mostly in Python. Its development started in 2010 as a PhD thesis but the project keeps active (see the SVN logs). A small command line tool to process streams of numbers and spit out the running total, bin the results or merge duplicates. Supports arbitrary precision numbers. ocdf is named for the cumulative distribution function in probability.

progrep is a command-line tool (Linux) to show live progress report, status & stats of a running simulation or compute job that executes a given number of iterations. It shows % completed, time remaining, time elapsed, number of threads, MPI_Rank(if any), CPU usage & speed (FPS). The FPS measures may be used in benchmarking, e.g. while optimizing HPC algorithms for performance. progrep supports both single-threaded and parallel (multicore/multinode - e.g. OpenMP/MPI) jobs. progrep can also report for jobs running on remote hosts, e.g. jobs running on Linux Clusters. progrep works in client-server model. The server can be installed in your simulation source code with only 4 extra lines (API). When the progrep command is invoked, it queries this server as a client. progrep does not interfere with or slow down your simulation when not invoked. Even when invoked, the overhead is insignificant. Out of the box, the API works with Fortran/C/C++ code. See Wiki/README for details.

This is a Linux command line tool to do raw I2C accesses to a bus, IF SUPPORTED BY THE ADAPTER, to probe the bus, read or write some data, detect glitches, do a bench, program an EEPROM with the required blocksize, test the I2C bus driver, ... Raw I2C mode enables data frames that are not supported by SMBus and related tools (such as i2cget, i2cset, i2cdump)
