FAMOUSO is an event-based publish/subscribe middleware written in C++ for systems ranging from 8Bit micro-controllers up to 32Bit PC/Workstations.

This is showcase program, with source code and sample data included for fast peak detection algorithm. It is great tool for entry level, automated analisys, to discard empty and junk curves and save only ones matching required criteria. Assuming that only 1% of data is worth reviewing, and that manual selection takes approx. 3 seconds per curve, you can save up to 8 hours per every 10000 curves (like 2 days every week!). Force amplitude analisys for single curve takes from 1 to 4 milliseconds on low-end intel dual core. Algorithm is so simple, that you can implement it in any language in few hours, without any specialized libraries. To be implemented in our Nanopuller AFM control software as real-time module. Requires LabVIEW Runtime engine to run .exe or LabVIEW 2013 for code.

This is a open source edited Version of the FTC controller station. the difference between the FTC controller station and the Field Timer is that the Field timer has a Timer attached to it that starts and stops the robot at the correct time

This project provides an improved interface to the atcoreA driver used to control Andor cameras using SDK3 - namely their sCMOS cameras Neo and Zyla. The interface now includes LabVIEW error handling and buffer handling code along with examples of how to operate the cameras from a dataflow environment.

The iCorrector is aimed to model and correct the interference fringes affecting the photoluminescence excitation spectra of thin-film dielectric samples. The calculations of the interference profile are performed taking into account the experimental conditions: excitation light incidence angle, wavelength range, luminescent centers distribution. An excitation field depth distribution map (*.bmp), normally calculated by the IMD software (D.L. Windt) is required for the calculations.
