Accent (Advanced Component Control Enhancing Network Technologies) is a comprehensive tool suite that interfaces a variety of communications systems and allows these systems to be controlled through goals (high-level user aims) and policies (lower-level system rules). SafeSMS in an application for SMS end-to-end encryption. It can send and receive encrypted messages. Encryption uses a secret key derived from a password and shared by sender and recipient. Sent and received messages can only be read with the password.
