Small improvements towards an usable curses interface
BurnerManager keeps the "burner" field for all ISOs, even pending ones.

Autodetect inserted CD also on FreeBSD
Burner name is autogenerated from hostname and device (when available)

Live from LinuxDay 2012: user_interface supports removing pending ISOs

Changed command-line parameters for custom-burner-client.
New parameters to set burner device and burning speed.
If a device is specified, it is polled using dbus and udisks to detect when a blank disc is inserted.

General cleanup (incomplete):
- many global and class variables are now instance variables
- changed some docstrings
- moved some constructors at the beginning of the class definition
BurnerManager can handle a client that exits, gracefully or not, instead of burning the assigned ISO. The ISO is put back into the pending queue.
The server intercepts KeyboardInterrupt and exits gracefully
