crash opening todo list

I'm eibrahim@studenti.math.unipd.it
working on windows 5.1 build 2600 (xp professional)

FOLLOWING THESE STEPS THE APPLICATION LAUNCH AN EXCEPTION

1)open DEV-C++
2)Go to menu: file->new->Source File
3)DON'T save the file
4)Go To menu: View->To-Do list..

BOOM !!! :)
