I opened a project, then went to file - new - resource
file, selected "yes" to add it to the project, then
went to the project manager, right-click on the
resource file and "remove file"

seems like duplicate of 1075646, but the stack trace is not
the same, so I'll leave it open. thanks for reporting

stack is probably not the same because you had devcpp.map
from the wrong devcpp.exe - is that possible?
