#508 Startup crash
Hi,
I have downloaded new versions from the cvs repository :
Devcpp.exe : 1.143
Devcpp.map : 1.50
I get an immediate crash when DevCpp Starts, and then a
small message box saying : "Runtime error 217 at 00420EA5".
I replaces it with the a fresh new download from
castlesOfPoland. Same thing,
I renamed the map file to turn if of :
Poland vsersion starts up.
Cvs version 1.143 starts up.
Something worng with the map file ??
The size of the map file is : 1,12 MB (1.178.707 bytes)
Note : Poland version is smaller then the cvs version
(byte-wise).

Well, 1.143 is a 4.9.9.2 build, isn't it ?
Windows Xp Sp2.
On my pc at home (also WinXp Sp2), I does work, but not a my
pc at work.

Hi,
I removed devcpp from the pc, and installed fresh the
4.9.9.2, the problem did not occur again.
So maybe we can close the bugreport, and hope this strange
thing will not show up again.
