Ok, I'll post the files on my webspace, probably after the weekend. Sometime on monday point your browser to http://uk.geocities.com/revthepirate/ and download the only .cpp and .h files there. Keep in mind: 1) It's not finished yet 2) I was doing it for practice, so it's not the best library out there Since it was a work in progress, it's not in a static library yet, so you can fix it up however you want. Please tell me if you can get the int writing to work. I'll let you build the library yourself. I'm a complete newbie to devcpp, though not to c/c++. I've downloaded = and installed the windows distro from mysql. When I compile the the = test.c program from the mysql distro the gnu compiler doesn't generate = underscores on function names. OK, so I've found a switch in the = documentation that's supposed to turn on leading underscores (-f = leading-underscored, funnily enough). However the 3.2.x gnu I have = doesn't seem to want to do this...what am I missing here... TIA Michael |

The resource editor in version 4.0 was not complete and you couldn't=20 do many things, in the beta 5 versions it has dissapeared. Hello, I've build the library math3d (math3d.sf.net) succesfully in Dev-C++ producing a nice libmath3d.a. Now whenever i try to link a simple program that uses any class in this library i get an error like the one below. I'm using the latest beta version of DevC++ i think. The problem is so simple that i don't know how to approach it, and as i think it might be a common problem i'm posting. g++.exe -c test/main.cpp -o test/main.o -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include" -I"D:/jordi/math3d-0.3.0" -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include/c++" -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include/c++" g++.exe test/main.o -o "Test.exe" -L"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/lib" math3d.a -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include" -I"D:/jordi/math3d-0.3.0" -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include/c++" -I"D:/Programes/Dev-Cpp/include/c++" test/main.o(.text+0xa2):main.cpp: undefined reference to `_imp___ZN6Math3dlsERSoRKNS_3M3dE' make.exe: *** [Test.exe] Error 1 Execution terminated I would appreciate any hints. You might try these flags. gcc 3.x, instead of -fnative-struct use -mms- bitfields. I'm not sure which version you have installed, but it might help. -Steven Quoting Daniel Nicault <dan...@fr...>: > Hi and many good things for this new ear, > > I creta a simple window with winglade and genereate c code. > Then, i create a new project with dev c++ and devhex for wingtk. > > when I compile, I take an error for non reconised option > -fnative-code,and if I hide this option, the program is generated but i > take an error at run time that say it's possible I ommit the > -fnatice-code option.... > > Can you help me? > > Regards, > > -- > Daniel Nicault > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.NET email is sponsored by: > SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! > http://www.vasoftware.com > _______________________________________________ > Dev-cpp-users mailing list > Dev...@li... > TO UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.noicys.cjb.net/devcpp/ub.htm > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dev-cpp-users > |

Hi and many good things for this new ear, I creta a simple window with winglade and genereate c code. Then, i create a new project with dev c++ and devhex for wingtk. when I compile, I take an error for non reconised option -fnative-code,and if I hide this option, the program is generated but i take an error at run time that say it's possible I ommit the -fnatice-code option.... Can you help me? Regards, -- Daniel Nicault |
