Thread: [Dev-C++] windows tutorial

I am looking for a tutorial to learn how to make a windows user interface
for a C++ program.
I studied the examples that come with Dev-C++ version 4.9.6.0, but I do'nt
understand them well enough. I tried to copy and change them, but I only get
scores of error messages.

Can anyone help?
