Sorry for the late reply, my net's conked out. There's no need for
renaming files or disturbing Dev-C++'s includes.
First place dislin.h and dismgc.a in the directory of your source file(s).
If you are not using a project, then on a DOS prompt, navigate to the
directory and give the following command. Its way simpler than messing
with the library/linker options. Here, pss.cpp is my code and pss.exe is
the output file. You may have to add g++.exe to your PATH.
g++ -o pss.exe pss.cpp -L. dismgc.a -mwindows
If you are using a project, then go to project options and in the linker
tab, add the two parameters "dismgc.a" and "-mwindows" (without the
quotes). I'm not sure about the minus sign. Please check that.
If you are making a console app, you will have to make use of argc[] and
argv because DISLIN creates win32 apps (the mwindows switch takes cares
of user32, gdi32) which don't permit console IO
using printf()/scanf() or cout/cin.
