[Dev-C++] =?iso-8859-1?Q?=BF.7.4 over .7.3??=

I've hear some people to have problems wit the 4.9.7.4 update, so my question is: ¿Is recomendable the upgrade over the 4.9.7.3 (this is my version).
I'll be gratefull to anyone who answer me.
