V4L2 frame grabber module for Haskell News

hsv4l2fg library for the Haskell programming language provides Video4Linux2 (V4L2) frame grabber operation functions. This is the first release named 20051122. It compiles and works properly. Two example Haskell programs are provided: one for command line dumps captured image to a file, one for X uses wxHaskell library and shows live captured image (see screenshot).
