Crystals export newfragment.dat did not contain atomic labels

CMD option added: isolevel of maps can be shown in the meaning of sigma
Reading cif: Equivalent positions logic changed due to crashing with meaningless spacegroup (for example '???'). Now if equivalent positions are present, the space group is just a label and equiv positions will be used instead of generated from the spacegroup
