This stable release introduces runtime switching between internet protocols IPv4 and IPv6, adds other miscellaneous features and fixes a few bugs.

The problems found this morning in 10.2.0 have been solved and a new 10.2.1 has been posted to replace 10.2.0:

A severe bug has been found in 10.2.0, and this version should not be used. I fixed version 10.2.1 will be posted later today.

Stable release v.10.2.0 introduces mutable objects in FOOP and other changes and additions.

- new read-utf8 reads utf8 characters from file handles.

- treatment of the status response line in CGI files by newLISP server has changed and is documented in the Code Patterns document.

- directory? function now insensitive to trailing slashes on Win32

This is a bug fix release for a critical error which was introduced in v. 8.2.4. The bug prevented a list created with (push ... -1) to be appended with (push ... -1) in a copy of that list.
