Usually a restart fixes this. If not, are other camera apps able to access the camera?

thank you for responding! i restarted phone, still same error. so i uninstalled, and installed snother and still cant get camera to work. 🤷‍♀️

forgot to mention when i attempted new app, got a notification that admin denied access. um...all permissions are set properly. maybe my phone is just outdated. or someone hacking my phone?
