Hi,

I am having trouble installing packages via the Pear channel.

I have previously installed using the Pear channel (0.3.7) but my latest attempts are failing with 404 errors trying to get any of the .tar files.

Error Reads:
Could not download from "http://phpseclib.sourceforge.net//get/Crypt_RSA-0.3.9.tar", cannot download "phpseclib/Crypt_RSA" (File http://phpseclib.sourceforge.net:80//get/Crypt_RSA-0.3.9.tar not valid (received: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
))

I am also seeing:
WARNING: channel "phpseclib.sourceforge.net" has updated its protocols, use "pear channel-update phpseclib.sourceforge.net" to update

And no amount of channel-update will make that one go away. Unsure if it's related.

I have deleted and re-added the channel with no difference. Discovery works fine, channel-update works fine, but not installing packages.

I am able to install other packages via other channels, but not this one.

Anyone else seeing something similar, or anyone able to use the channel fine?
